CQJ-800/1600 全自動制漿糊系統
CQJ-800/1600 Auto Glue Making System
用途與特點：
1、制膠全過程程序控制，完全避免了人為因素造成的膠質不穩定。
2、根據不同用膠點，自動選擇準確的膠配方，使膠品質得到保證。
3、程序控制，無需專人制膠，降低制膠成本。
4、系統可手動 / 自動轉換，由淀粉缺料，堿液缺量，加料故障、超溫、系統故障等報警。
5、系統界面為中英文對比只能人機界面，主要控制器為國際知名品牌。
6、技術參數：
CQL-800：每小時紙漿糊MAX 1800kg，總功效 22kw。
CQJ-1600：每小時制漿糊MAX 3700kg，總功效 32kw。
Use and Characteristics:
1. Computer control the whole glue making process,avoiding the quality instability caused by human factor.
2. Auto choose the correct glue formula according to different places to assure the quality of the glue.
3. Computer control the making of glue,to reduce the cost.
4. Manual or auto control,with the alarm for the shortage of starch,lack of alkali lye,for feeding fault,over temperature and so on.
5. Chinese and English for the system,and only man-machine interface.The main control units are of world famous brands.
